Keto Air-Fryer Cajun Shrimp
You will love this recipe for spicy, salty & crispy Cajun dry rubbed shrimp. This quick and easy dish has the perfect amount of addictive flavor and heat thanks to a homemade Cajun spice rub made from a simple blend of flavorful spices.
For the Cajun Seasoning:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
For the Shrimp
- 1 lb 21-25 shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Make the Cajun seasoning by mixing together the spices in a small bowl.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
Place the shrimp on a piece of parchment paper or a plate in a single layer.
Season with the Cajun seasoning so the shrimp are covered generously on both sides.
Brush 1 tsp avocado oil on the wire rack of your air fryer.
Spread out the shrimp in a single layer.
Drizzle with 1 tsp of avocado oil.
Bake shrimp until cooked through 8-15 minutes (depending on the size of your shrimp)
