Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Seasoning:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

For the Chicken Wings:

  • 1 ¼ lb chicken wings
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Ranch:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Make the Cajun seasoning by mixing together the spices in a small bowl.
  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • Place the chicken wings on a piece of parchment paper or a plate in a single layer.
  • Season with the Cajun seasoning so they are covered generously on both sides.
  • Then sprinkle with the cumin and smoked paprika.
  • Brush avocado oil on the wire rack of your air fryer.
  • Spread out the wings in a single layer.
  • Drizzle with a bit of avocado oil.
  • Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy, 45–50 minutes.
  • While the wings are cooking, make the ranch. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix or use a blender until smooth and creamy.
