Sheet Pan Shrimp Oreganata

Sheet Pan Garlic Herb-Butter Shrimp

  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb peeled + deveined jumbo shrimp


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients except for the shrimp in a small pot. Simmer until thickened to a syrup, about 5 minutes.
  • Skewer the shrimp and place them on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Brush the sticky pineapple glaze onto both sides of shrimp.
  • Bake for 4 minutes.
  • Remove and brush both sides again.
  • Broil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with your choice of sides.
