
This lemony garlic scape ranch dressing puts a zingy twist on a classic creamy salad dressing. If you can get your hands on garlic scapes at your local farmer’s market you should! If you don’t have garlic scapes, you can sub half the amount of garlic—no worries! By using yogurt and a bit of mayo, this lightened up recipe is healthier without compromising all the bursting flavors of ranch you love. This ranch is delicious served as a dip, drizzled on tacos, or over a salad.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh chopped dill
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 8 garlic scapes, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¾ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
