Lemony Garlic Scape Ranch Dressing

Lemony Garlic Scape Ranch Dressing
This lemony garlic scape ranch dressing puts a zingy twist on a classic creamy salad dressing. If you can get your hands on garlic scapes at your local farmer’s market you should! If you don’t have garlic scapes, you can sub half the amount of garlic—no worries! By using yogurt and a bit of mayo, this lightened up recipe is healthier without compromising all the bursting flavors of ranch you love. Hi! I keep my salad dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The flavor should maintain during that time. 🙂
