These Korean Style Ground Beef Bowls taste like Korean BBQ, but take 20 minutes to get on the table. Ground beef is browned with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and scallions, served over rice and crisp veggies. This dish is inspired by Korean bulgogi, but it’s the short-cut version which makes it perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. It’s so simple to make, requiring only a few ingredients.
