These easy Granola Bites are a favorite in my house! They are a great on-the-go or lunch-box snack full of healthy ingredients and can be easily customized for your families preferences. You will love how quickly you can whip these up—but they definitely disappear quickly so maybe make a double batch!They are the perfect make-ahead recipe to keep on hand for healthy snacking or breakfasts.
- ½ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon melted coconut or olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups oats
- ¾ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ cup dehydrated strawberries, crushed up
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, tahini, coconut oil and salt and set aside.
Combine oats, coconut, strawberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds in a large bowl.
Add the tahini mixture to the oat mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.
Last, add the raisins and chocolate chips, and mix.
Put mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Remove from fridge and form into balls with damp hands.
