Healthy Double Chocolate Blender Muffins

Healthy Double Chocolate Blender Muffins
Healthy Double Chocolate Blender Muffins are a quick and easy way to get your chocolate fix, while being delicious and nutritious! They are packed with wholesome ingredients (including 2 cups of spinach!) and made in a blender, so there's no need to dirty any dishes, and they are ready in just 30 minutes. These muffins gluten-free, refined sugar-free and they are moist and fluffy, with a rich chocolate flavor. I like to make these mini sized because they are intensely chocolatey....but you can make full sized muffins and bake them longer, about 25 minutes.
Why You'll Love These Muffins:
Chocolate Bliss: Rich cocoa powder and chocolate chips deliver an intense chocolate satisfaction that will leave you wanting more.
Naturally Sweetened: Ripe bananas and maple syrup provide sweetness without refined sugar, making them a perfect treat for health-conscious bakers.
Effortlessly Easy: Forget whisking and mixing! Toss everything in your blender and pulse until smooth – baking has never been simpler.
Packed with Nutrients: Sneaky spinach is fully hidden, Rolled oats offer fiber and complex carbs for sustained energy, while almond flour adds protein and healthy fats.
