Healthy Burger Bowls with Special Creamy Sriracha Sauce
Looking for a quick + easy dinner recipe? These healthy burger bowls with special sriracha sauce are full of all your favorite burgers toppings. You get all those flavors of a juicy hamburger but without the added carbs. Tons of greens are the base for this salad which is then topped off with meat, tomatoes, pickles, onions, pickled jalapeños and of course the special sauce! Serve these healthy burger bowls with a side of my BEST Air-Fryer French Fries…they taste great dipped in the special sauce too!

For the Burger Meat:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt

For the Special Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Burger Bowls:

  • Chopped romaine lettuce
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Pickle chips
  • Sliced pickled jalapeños
  • Thinly sliced red onion


  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the oil and onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  • Brown the beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until it is lightly browned and fully cooked through. Turn off the flame and set aside.
  • Make the special sauce. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  • Assemble your burger bowls. Start with romaine lettuce then add the toppings of your choice and cooked ground beef. Drizzle the special sauce over everything, or serve on the side.
