Ground Beef Taco Casserole

Ground Beef Taco Casserole
This easy ground beef taco casserole has all the flavors of classic ground beef tacos all in one pan. The addition of pinto beans makes this meal stretch a bit further, making it budget-friendly. By keeping this casserole simple, it is so customizable so you can easily replace the ground beef with any ground meat. If you prefer a lighter option, try ground turkey, or if you prefer pork, use it! Serve this with a big fresh salad, taco shells or with tons of tortilla chips. Looking for more taco dishes?
