Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season the chicken on both sides with salt.
Heat a large pan on medium heat.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil until shimmering.
Place the chicken tenders in the pan (being sure not to crowd the pan).
Cook about 2 minutes on each side, until the chicken is lightly golden and cooked through.
Place about ¼ cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place the cooked chicken on top, then add a spoon of marinara on each piece of chicken, and some fresh mozzarella.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
