Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread 1 tablespoon olive oil on the parchment paper. Set aside.
Mix together the almond flour and water and set aside.
Then combine the turkey, onion, sundried tomatoes, olives, spinach m cheese, garlic powder, onions powder and feta cheese.
Using your hands, mix the ingredients together. Blend the bread crumb mixture into the meat mixture.
Be sure the mixture is cold. If it has warmed up a bit, place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Shape into 2-inch balls.
Place the meatballs in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
