Garlic Citrus Grilled Shrimp
Garlic Citrus Grilled Shrimp is so easy and flavorful and it can be on your table in a matter of minutes! This recipe uses fresh lemon juice along with garlic, tomato paste and spices to make a delicious marinade for shrimp before it is cooked to perfection.   • 2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together (except for the shrimp). Pour into a ziplock bag and add the shrimp. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat grill, or cast iron pan until smoking.
  • Add the shrimp, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Serve with lemon + lime wedges.
