Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from ½ lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together (except for the shrimp). Pour into a ziplock bag and add the shrimp. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat grill, or cast iron pan until smoking.
- Add the shrimp, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Serve with lemon + lime wedges.
