Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Grease a muffin tin well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) and whisk until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Add the batter to the muffin tin, filing up about ¾ of the way.
- Top with a few extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden and centers are set.
