In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together (except for the shrimp). Pour into a ziplock bag and add the shrimp. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat grill, or cast iron pan until smoking.
Add the shrimp, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Serve over a bed of arugula and lime wedges.
