Citrus Adobo Grilled Shrimp
Citrus Grilled Shrimp is so easy and flavorful and it can be on your table in a matter of minutes! This recipe uses fresh citrus along with adobo to make a delicious marinade for shrimp before it is cooked to perfection.   • 1 lb shrimp, peeled + deveined
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp adobo
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil


  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together (except for the shrimp). Pour into a ziplock bag and add the shrimp. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat grill, or cast iron pan until smoking.
  • Add the shrimp, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Serve over a bed of arugula and lime wedges.
