Barbacoa Beef Rice Bowls

Barbacoa Beef Rice Bowl
Sometimes we need a quick, no-fuss meal that tastes great, but we don’t necessarily have the time to make it all from scratch. As a busy working mom, I get it! As much as I try to prepare for the busy weeknights, there are times when I need backup. Piedmont BBQ Co. has made this so easy for me! With their flavorful and delicious "Heat & Eat" proteins, all I have to do is bring a pot of water to boil, pop the pre-cooked and vacuum sealed bag in, and in 15 minutes, I can have dinner on the table. Lucky for you, my code GOURMET MAMI gets you $25 off your first box at Piedmont BBQ Co. Everything is shipped frozen, in vacuum sealed bags so they are really easy to store in your freezer.
