Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

For the Band Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (you can substitute sriracha)

For the Wraps:

  • - 4 wraps or tortillas
  • - 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F. If using the air-fryer, spray the pan with cooking spray. If using the oven, line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized bowl combine the chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt and brown sugar. Mix together and let it marinate while you make the bang-bang sauce.
  • In a small bowl, make the bang-bang sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce until smooth. Set aside.
  • After marinating, spread the chicken pieces in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  • Place in the air-fryer or oven and cook for about 12-15 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
  • To assemble the wraps: Place cooked chicken in the center of tortilla. Add some romaine lettuce and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  • Fold the sides in and then roll up so the seam is face-down.
  • Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
