  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 ¼ cups oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 scoops Simply Tera's Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp cup mini chocolate chips, optional
  • 2 tbsp raisins, optional


  • Preheat oven to 375. Line a 11x7 pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla, peanut butter and salt.
  • Add oats, chia sees, hemp seeds, almond flour, protein powder and mix to combine.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and raisins (optional).
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set.
  • Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
  • Once completely cool, cut into squares.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
