Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Mix flour and ½ tsp salt in a shallow dish.
Whisk eggs in a second shallow dish
Combine breadcrumbs, panko, parmesan cheese and 1 ½ tsp salt in a third shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, tapping off any excess flour, then coat in egg, and finally cover in the breadcrumb mixture.
Press the breadcrumb mixture into the chicken on both sides firmly (this helps keep them crispy)
Generously spray both sides of each tender with cooking spray (or drizzle with oil) and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Add as many chicken cutletsas you can to air fryer (depending on air fryer basket size, tenders will need to be air-fried in batches).
Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip and continue to air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until chicken has cooked through and is golden brown on the outside.
