  • 1 1/2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp coriander
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves minced on microplane
  • 1 ½ tbsps olive oil
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks


  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the lemon juice, salt, paprika, oregano, coriander, cumin, pepper, garlic and olive oil.
  • Add the cut chicken and toss to combine.
  • Place the chicken in a single layer on air-fryer tray.
  • Air-fry for 5 minutes, flip and for another 3 minutes so the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Alternately, you can pan-fry these : Heat cast-iron or heavy-bottomed pan to high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and spread it around to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the chicken in a single layer in the pan (you may have to do more than one batch). Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping the chicken chunks when they are golden and fully cooked.
