5-Minute Garlicky Snap Peas
This easy recipe for garlicky snap peas is healthy and fresh and ready in about 5 minutes! I love snap peas because they are delicious raw or cooked.   • 8 oz. sugar snap peas, string removed
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and ginger in oil for 1 minute over medium heat.
  • Add snap peas and soy sauce, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
