Ingredients
- 8 oz. sugar snap peas, string removed
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and ginger in oil for 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add snap peas and soy sauce, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
