Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas (about 2 cups mashed)
- 2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup raisins
- Optional: ¼ tsp sea salt, ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until they just have a few small chunks.
- Whisk in the egg whites until combined.
- Add in oats and protein powder (salt and cinnamon are optional) and gently stir until fully combined and a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in raisins.
- Using a portion scoop, scoop mixture and place on baking sheet about 1 to 2 inches apart. Press each scoop down lightly.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
